Default I feel your pain

This is a known and common problem with the teraflex track bar relocation bracket. People have come up with different solutions from putting the bracket in a vise, to drilling the holes out a little bit.

I drilled the hole out a little bit on mine. Just enough to get the bolt through using my BFH. May not have been the best solution, but it worked for me in the time/frustration level I had.

Good luck, and if you search the threads you will find how others have dealt with this known problem.

There is a lot of info on these, I went with the TF axel mount track bar bracket. It's about a hundred bucks.

I put a floor jack and a piece of 2x4 under mine and jacked it up into place. Worked fine. I like the fact that it fits that tight. Absolutely no room for movement.
