I need one 18" x 9" Fuel Hostage Wheel in black 5 on 5 with 4.5 back space. It is for my 2011 Sahara and I need the spare to match the 4 I bought from someone. I have had one on order from a vendor I wont mention for over 5 weeks. And for the last 2 weeks when I check on it I am told it will ship next week. Guess what today I am told again that they should be shipping it next week. I just want a 5th wheel!!

 

I called Northridge (spoke to Eric not Dave) to see if they could get the wheel. They called MHT (the manufacture) and was told they have the wheel in stock. What in the world was the other company trying to order if they have been telling me for the past 3 weeks "it will ship next week". I mean this order has been in place for 5 weeks now!! Needless to say I canceled that order and called Eric at Northridge back with my card info and I should have my wheel mid week next week. Believe the hype!! Northridge has great customer service. Thanks again Eric and you will be hearing from me again.

 

Just had my first and second encounter with Northridge (ordered a S pod, AEV 3.5 inch lift and new driveshaft) Sean over there was super helpful and really phenomenal at answering my questions, glad to hear you had a great customer service experience, and glad to know there are still companies that go out of their way for they customers.
