Default need help troubleshooting CEL

so ive been having an issue now for about a week. the CEL came on and its throwing the code, p0305. misfire cyl 5. changed all 6 plugs. changed the ignition coil for that cyl. changed the fuel injector for that cyl. still throwing the same code.

i drive a 13 rubi.

now whats wierd is that i have noticed from around the time i bought her, late '18, there is a hallow sound when i hit the gas. it comes and goes. but its like someone takes off the muffler, and i feel a slight loss in power. now this happens periodically. sometimes she feels whole, sounds whole. others i feel like there a hole somewhere in the exhaust system.

now another issue thats been progressively getting worse is shift-ability. i have the 6 speed. and around late 19 i changed the slave and master, bc i was just getting fed up with it not going into gear. id be at a stop light and it would just refuse to go into first. or reverse(to realign gears). sometimes id have to shut her off, gear in, then start again. also this issue has been periodic. sometimes is worse others its not existant. also even while driving sometimes i find that i knock gears a bit bc its not shifting/releasing fully, even from 2nd to 3rd. or 3rd to 4th(higher RPMs)

i feel a loss of compression or a hole somewhere is messing with engine output. which is now culminating in misfires, and I think its all connected. the exhaust(but it sounds more closer to the manifold than muffler) sounding hole-y, the misfire, the rough idle(slight sputter), the shifting issues.

heres a list of things ive done, and or replaced, in light to try and cure this "mystery issue/s" since about late '19.

-slave replcemnt
-master cyl
-dif fluid flush(front and rear)
-MT fluid flush
-transfer case flush
-both camshaft position sensors
-map sensor
-all 6 spark plugs
-cyl 5 ignition coil
-cyl 5 fuel injector

checked input/wires, the connection pigtails, into cyl 5 at ignition coil, and the volts matched to cyl 1(just picked cyl1 bc it was easiest to get to). did this with a multimeter.

so wiring seems good.

dealer said cyl5 passed leak down n compression tests..

im really frustrated bc ive put a lot of time and money into troubleshooting this issue and im basically hitting a dead end now fam.

thoughts?

Couple things for the cylinder, have you checked the spark plug to see if it’s wet? This would indicate it’s getting gas. Second, pull the plug and rest the threads of it on the engine while the other end still plugged in. Have someone crank the engine as you hold the plug and observe for spark. If you’re getting gas and spark then you have something else going on with a sensor or something. I’m not very familiar with these engines so I can’t be too much help.

for your clutch, luckily they’re simple systems. From what you’re describing, it sounds like your pressure plate is failing. That one is a bit of work since you will have to pull your xfer case and transmission. Since you’re doing all of that, you might as well replace the clutch disc and have your flywheel looked at very closely and possibly resurfaced if needed.
