Need help with U bolt size on AEV Lift

I have a used AEV 2.5 lift kit and the guy who sold it to me cut one of the u bolts that goes on the track tower. My question is, are the bolts supposed to be 2 different sizes? Does anyone by any chance know the size they are supposed to be? I have 2.5 AEV on a four door and my two u bolts are the same size. the smaller one in the picture look right about the same size I have. the black one looks like it's not part of the kit. like one of the supplied u bolts broke or stripped and he replaced it with that.

I just installed this same lift on my 4dr last week. One of those u bolts is definitely wrong mine are the same size. The shorter one looks correct

Thank you. I ended up calling AEV and they said the u-bolt had a depth of 5 1/2 inches so it was the shorter one. It was a fiasco trying to find somewhere that sells that size u bolt.
