Default Need immediate help...Tire appointment in a few hours

I ordered a set of BF Km2's last evening from my local tire shop. Good price for 305/70r16. I can see on 4wheel parts and tire rack that they can sell me this tire in a load range D and I currently have the same set of tires in load range D. Tire shop is telling me they only make this tire size in load range E now.

1. Is a 30570r16 Km2 only available in a Load Range E now?
2. Do I want a load range D? or maybe I should consider the E?
3. I asked him to make sure all 4 tires match batch numbers. He says he cannot guarantee it. Am I being over the top by requesting matching batch numbers?
4. Anything I need to tell them about alignment numbers or will the rack machine just dial it in perfectly?

Thanks everyone for the quick responses. You may save me much $$ right now. Sorry I could not get this up earlier for more responses.

I would want a D not an E rated tire.
BF Goodrich lists a d rated in that size on thier website

Yea that's what I am seeing right now also. On tire rack and also on 4wheel parts. I wonder why he is telling me they don't make that any longer. How about some of the other questions? Any insight there please?

Not sure why batch numbers would matter and nothing special about alignment. Swapping tires should not need an alignment.

Yea he says the numbers don't match up but they are fresh tires manufactured a few months ago. I guess I will just get them. He was also looking at a 17" wheel by accident and found the load range D.

I didn't think I would need an alignment but I figured it would be a good investment with the muds. I just re-did the ball joints and my factory ones ruined my tread.

Just an update. He was able to get me a set of matching batch numbers. He agreed it was the way to go. The new tires make the jeep drive so nice. I forgot what it was like.
