Default Need opinions please...

I recently purchased a set of 37 Iroks (Thanks Morton!!) and I am debating between a couple of different lift options. My first thought was just a 4 inch suspension (BDS or Zone), but I have heard that with the 37s I will: 1. Hit my control arm and need an extra 1inch of body and 2. Spacers will correct the problem, but may put me at risk for bending my axle.

So my Jeep guy tells me that the only way I am going to get the 37s under the Pearl is with 5 inches of lift total, however looking at the specs on some of the JKs with 37, I am not sure that I need 5 inches. If I do, what are the collective opinions about 3 inch suspension with 2 inch of body lift?? Anybody out there runnin that combo?? OR can I run em with 3 inches of lift and inch of body??

I have seen guys with a 4" lift and flat fenders fit 37's without many issues. If you want to keep the stop fenders, then yes, you are going to need more.

As for the wheel spacers, it does add more stress to the wheel studs and the like. I would just find some wheels with the correct offset. Your stockers are going to cause some rubbing issues.
