Default Need quick answer...control arm adj..wrench

I am planning to install my Clayton 3.5" lift tomorrow. I've read and reread the directions and feel comfortable. The only problem is that the directions call for a 1 7/16 and 1 13/16 (or 46mm) open end wrench. I've looked everywhere and only found the 1 7/16. Napa looks like they have a 1 13/16 according to website. The two wrenches run $200. Can I just get a large crescent wrench to tighten the jam nuts and call it a day? Thanks.

I adjusted mine with a 18" pipe wrench from harbor freight. That thing has been useful more than once!

Pipe wrench is the way I tightened mine also, they open really wide, even the small ones. I hunted around in my Dad's tools(he's disabled and doesn't use anymore) and found a crescent that opens to 2 1/2 inches

I got an 18" Crescent wrench from Harbor Freight that'll open to 2 1/4" for about $16. Works great for my F/T adjustables. Looks cool too!
