Default Need some advice about axles.

I am currently running 37x12.50x17 BFG KM2's, but looking to go to 38x15.50x17's. Mainly i am just going to run the wide tires for snow wheeling and run the 37's for everything else. What i mostly want to know is, will my Dana 44's be strong enough for the added extra width and height. I plan on getting aftermarket axle shafts, but not sure they will be strong enough. I have already welded in C-gussets and inner axle sleeves to strengthen my housing, but have not done anything with my axle shafts yet. Should i beef up my 44's or just go to 60's?
