Default need some advice on axle shafts

So I have a 2011 rubi unlimited lifted on 35s. I noticed the front driver wheel was wobbly yesterday. I have steel rims so I took them to discount tire and had them check the wheel first and said they were good. So I suspect the axle shaft flange is bent. I plan on jacking up the front and taking off the driver side wheel and have someone spin the passenger tire to see if the caliper is wobbly to confrim. So anyways I'm having a shop sleeve and gusset my front axle this week so I started looking into diff sleeves since my dealer probably won't cover it even though they sell jeeps with 35s haha. Anyways I know superior are really good, any others out there! Do they all come with the bearings and anything else I need to just swap them out ? If not what else do I need ? Thanks in advanced

if we're really talking about your front axle, i doubt that it's bent. how exactly are you determining that it's wobbling anyway? if you're wanting new shafts anyway, superior makes good shafts as does foote, ten factory and, if you want to spend more money than is needed rcv's.

Well I don't want to spend any more than I have to but I stuck my head out the window while going about 10 mph and saw that my tire was wobbeling in and out, not real bad but none of my other wheels are like it. I was hoping it was the rim since I have cheap 75 dollar ones but the tire shop said he did not see what I showed him when on the jeep unless they were lying since I bought them there and they didn't want to replace it

Not to ask you a question that isn't overlooked, When I was experiencing some front end shake it was my track bar loose. Maybe give a look at that!

I would ask to see the wheel on the balancer myself before i started checking other causes. Your trackbar is also a good place to check. I agree with WOL, I beat on my 2010, I have yet to deal with bent axle woes. Steering, however, is showing its use.

I will check that but I check my bolts often before and after wheeling even the jam nuts on the control arms and track bars and they are always tight

Yeah I am in need of Reid knuckles and better ball joints and drag link flip kit! I went from 35's to 38's I am getting a small amount of front end shimmy now.

That's a good point I may take it to another shop and see what they say about the tire and rim. I have only 6000 miles on it and I do wheel it but not hard so I was kinda surprised

just to double check, when you installed your new wheels, did you make sure to remove all the old assembly washers on your rotors? if not, they could be preventing your wheels from sitting flush.

Yeah what are those darn "hard to remove" washers for? I get asked that question every time I help someone install a lift!
