I have a rubicon 2013 and want to replace my shocks would the fox be better than the stock rubicons or would i have to go to like king shocks to notice a difference in ride quality. Any other suggestions guys?

I originally had Bilstein 5100's after stock. Those were great shocks over stock, but I needed more travel and better dampening. I'm now running Fox 2.0 Remote Res shocks. I couldn't be happier with the ride on and off road. Kings would be even better yet, but the Fox are awesome at a fraction of the cost of Kings.

I am not sure Kings would be better than Fox. Fox has been making shocks for alot longer than king . I have had my Fox shocks for 4 years now , not one single leak or problem , and they never sieze to amaze me . I can haul ass thru the woops , or crawl big rocks. If I had to do it all over again , I would still buy Fox. They are that good ![IMG][/IMG]

Psh King>Fox all day. Just go compare what each company has produced. Fox is just all hype. A dying hyped up breed. Put the crown on your head and represent.

I'm really hope your joking. Fox knows shocks better than most companies. Not only in trucks but bikes and motorcycles...

This guy is just a brand guy. He looks at all the pretty ads and whatnot and goes they are the best. I have run fox on my motorcycles, snowmobiles mtn bikes etc, and never once been let down. King are awesome, but fox is far from over hyped.

I agree. Fox makes great stuff, and have been in the racing and performance field for a long time. I have never had a problem with any of their stuff

Tear down a fox and a king, set them side by side. The Fox looks like they are ported and polished compared to the Kings. Both are great choices, but Fox looks like they pay more attention to detail and quality construction. And Fox is so much more friendly to deal with...IMO.

Just went from old man emu shocks to 5100's (and used ones at that, these have 20k on them) and they're a HUGE step up. I'm very happy with the 5100's... if cost is a big factor, they're the best you can get for a low-ish price imo, but there are clearly better shocks out there for more money!
