Default Need some help with a reinstall

Currently I am running Mopar mirror relocation brackets that were installed by my dealer shortly after purchasing my Jeep (I was given a Mopar giftcard). I've gotten pretty tired of the visibility, or there lack of, from the passenger side mirror with the doors on. Does anyone have a write-up on how to put them back to stock? They don't quite look like they would bolt right on. Was there any original hardware they should have given me?

It looks like the factory ones go in with just the two screws.... Here's some pics (with power mirrors, but the mount would be the same)

Just realized why things didn't look quite right; With the relocation kit you get a new set of brackets to attach the mirrors to the windshield and a pair of circular plates to cover the holes. My problem is I never got the original brackets that fit the circular holes from my dealer after the install
I bought my Jeep almost 3 years ago so i doubt they will give me a new pair... Anyone have any ideas where I could get a new set?
