Default Need some help with this sway bar link failure

I know I saw a similar failure somewhere on forum, anybody got any idea's on this swaybar link failure, was in high flex area of a trail, elec swaybar disconected, steering got tight, got off rocks, couldn't turn right, got out found this.do have a set of modified(lengthened)stock links to run till decide on what front links to replace the teraflex link with, any ideas on this,do I need to run a longer link?have approx 10" travel, sit 4"higher than stock, these were links from teraflex 3" spring kit.seems to be no other damage than the new "custom radius"swaybar link

yes sat level with these links, links and lift been installed since last october, have over 30,000 k on lift,no problems till track arm/draglink mods and longer travel shocks(broke front driveshaft, now this)
and did check disconnect operation when pulling twisted steel off on trail, seems o.k

Longer travel shocks could be the culprit

happened right here
took this photo on way back down after removing shrapnel, little trail about 50 min from my condo in the city, always like take this trail after making any mods or tweaks, last trip it ate my stock front driveshaft, replaced that, now this, funny thing is I have taken this trail when Rubi was still bone stock, lot more clunking and banging but not this kind of damage

I believe it is from the links being to short and over extended forward during the flex allowing the swaybar to go forward.
