Default Need Spring advice...

I have a 2008 JKUS inwhich i installed AEV 2.5" coil spacer lift. Unfortunately the rear is sagging. I have the hardtop on, the Garvin Adventure rack and a Thule Frontier Cargo box on top plus carry way too much crap... :-)
I am thinking of pulling the rear coils and spacers and putting on the Old Man Emu HD coil springs.
Has anyone used these? I am wondering if the HD springs will be too stiff or appropriate for the weight?
How rough is the ride with these springs in?
I will likely (for now) uses the shock extenders provided with the AEV kit on the stock shocks (limited $$$).
Any input and/or alternatives would be appreiciated...

I bet u could put a set of Rubicon springs in the back. Stock sets are real cheap on Craigslist.

You might try the rear 3 inch synergy springs.

I am thinking you mean 2" spacer lift. AEV 2.5" lifts are coil lifts. I think either OME or RockKrawler springs should work.

Yes it is the 2" spacer lift. Sorry, fairly new with playing with lifts. I am thinking of pulling out the spacers and stick springs and installing hd lift springs. Made a mistake with the AEV kit and don't want to throw money away again.

the aev is a good spacer lift and high quality. If you put rear stock springs from a heavier vehicle say that end with 59 or 60 along with the aev spacers you will have a good ride and be jacked up in the back. I have that same lift and stock 60 springs on my 14 jkur and it sits high in the back. Id you have stock springs on yours they have probably sagged over the last 6 years and it may have come with lower numbered springs to begin with.

The stock rear springs are 59s. I think my problem it's the weight. I just carry alot of stuff and it only gets worse during the summer when I carry kayaks up top as well...

Skip anyone telling you to go back to stock coils- clearly you know better. I only know of a few people who have said they've used the OME coils but those who have enjoyed them. Dirtman is the only one coming to mind who could give you a rough idea of where you might want to be with their coils. Other than that I would suggest calling OME or a vendor and asking their opinion. OME should be able to tell you a specific coil based on your weight.

Do you always have the weight on? Is your lift where you want it when not loaded? Maybe try a set of Airlift airbags ? I have them on my coil-spring Ram and I just pump them up when I have to carry a heavy load. Good excuse for an on board air compressor.
