Default Need to upgrade shocks?

I used to have a 2 inch budget boost and I got Bilstein 5100 for 2" of lift.

If I got a 2.5" teraflex coil lift is it necessary to change out my shocks for 2.5" ones?

Don't really wanna shuffle out 400 bucks for new shocks if I don't have to.

Thanks

no, you don't need to change a thing. the difference is not enough to matter.
