Default need your input for wheels, tires and step bars

I just took delivery of my 12 Unlimited with some dealer installed 17" Ultra Maverick wheels with BFG All Terrain TA KOs 285/70R17 and the MOPAR side steps. (plastic coated diamond plate steps)

The thing is they never gave me credit for the factory take offs and I really paid too much for them. When I asked about the take off credit they want to take the wheels, tires and step bars back, put the standard wheels and tires back on it and give me $1900 back of the $2398 they charged me.

If I do this, what can I get for the factory take off wheels and tires?

Where or how is the cheapest way to purchase tires and wheels?

Where can i get after market step bars that look like the mopar step bars?

Or should I just leave as is. I figure if they give me the $1900 plus whatever I can get for my stock wheels and tires, will i have enough to replace everything with the wheels and tires I want plus some left over cash?
