Default New 37s and no speed o

I went from 35s to 37s and had an alignment done and now my speedometer isn't working. The check engine light is on and codes :

P0501:Vehicle Speed Sensor 1 Erratic
U1412:Implausible Vehicle Speed Signal Received

I called the tire shop this morning and they blamed it on bigger tires or the sensor may need calibrating.

I have an aeroforce gauge installed and set the tire size for the 37s

Thanks for any help,
Cody

They broke something or didn't plug something back up , get under the jeep near the wheels and make sure your sensors are all plug in

X2. Bigger tires will cause your speedo to be incorrect not make it stop working.

more than likely, one or more of your speed sensors got unplugged or damaged.

If bigger tires caused a speedometer to not work, there would be a lot of people on this forum without working speedometers! I'm not sure why they would be unplugging anything if they were only doing tires and an alignment. To be it sounds like they may have broke something or possibly a really crappy coincedence.

I looked at the wheel speed sensors and both look ok, I guess I'm going to unhook the aeroforce and battery and let it reset.

Unhooked the aeroforce and battery for about an hour, hooked the battery back and still no speedo.
