Default New bumper...lights?

Hello everyone. I received a new bumper for Christmas and I installed it Christmas Day. Now I have some Hella fog lights I want to mount onto the bumper. The bumper came drilled with two holes for the lights to bolt on. My only question is where do I run the wire? I don't think I want it to run it down the same hole because it will pinch the wires will it not? Any answer would be wonderful. And a picture would also be great! Also one more thing. When I took off the bumper I saw wires running down theough the skid plate. I did not have factory fog lights so is this wire for fogs? Can I splice right into that? Thanks again.

You just try to conceal them as best as possible. Dont put them in a spot where they can get pinched. Your going to want to splice the hellas into your headlight wires. Try to find the Brights wire. It should be in the instructions.

Well I wanted to run them as just fogs. Because they are driving lights

Ops I think I read your post wrong. Pictures to explain? Does your bumper have fog light holes?

As you can see there are holes ontop of the bumper. I would like to mount the hella fog lights there. The lights have a bolt that goes through and a washer and nut on the back side to mount them. But I don't want to run the wires down that same hole

Got ya. Hmmm. Looks like you have two choices. Drill an extra hole behind those ones to run the wires or just run them flat on the bumper to the back.

I think Drilling extra holes will give you a much cleaner and professional look. Im surprised they arent made with them already.

I was thinking the same thing. I may just get black electrical tubing and run it that way. Not exactly sure. Don't want new drilled holes to rust if I do it that way

If you ever plan on running a winch I would drill new holes farther away from the centre. To prevent rust just paint them. It wont be the last time you take a rattle can to your bumper. IMHO
You can kind of see the electrical wrap from my lights. Congrats on the bumper, looks good.
