Default New control arms

Tomorrow I am getting my adjustable control arms on my JK in hopes it solves my bump steer issues. It's taking the fun out of driving it.

What lift/height and tire size are you currently running? You doing both upper and lowers or just the lowers? This is on my top 5 to-do since I sold the AEV correction brackets...

I have a 3.5" rough country with 35" dick Cepek tires. The ride is great and no wobble but I have a pretty bad bump steer issue. I went with just the lower adjustable that all my alignment thought I needed.

What did your alignment reading say your caster was currently set at?

Also, what PSI are your tires set at? I had pretty bad bump steer when I first built my 2015 JKU with 35's because the dealer set the tires at 40 PSI, since then I dropped the tires to 30 PSI and I don't really have bump steer issues anymore.

Control arms are not the solution for bump steer. Removing the RC drop pitman arm and doing a drag link flip is the solution.

His last thread indicated the RC 3.5", RE adj trackbar, Synergy draglink and tie rod. He never replied about whether the synergy stuff was flipped, or if he still has either the drop pitman or RC bracket installed.

What form of caster correction do you have now? After the lift, the caster should have been down around 3.xx degrees. It is up at 4.5, so something is already installed. So... why are you buying adjustable arms also?

As others here have stated bump steer is not a result of your control arms. You want to look at the steering angles and see what is off there to correct your bump steer. Dirtman brought up a great place to start.
