new drive shaft vibration
Caster is the inclination angle from vertical of the steering axis. It keeps your vehicle tracking straight, like the wheels on the front of a shopping cart.
You adjust it by pushing forward the bottom of front axle, but as you do this, you also change the angle of the angle of the front driveshaft relative to the differential (pinion angle), which can cause the driveshaft to vibrate or bind.

I still have a slight vibration with the jereel shafts. Have had castor at 4 and 7 degrees. Hasn't made a whole lot of difference. However, castor near 4 really makes for twichy steering! My vibes were originally at 55 mph, with the 5.13 gears, the same vibe now occurs at 40-45, which tells me it had to be the DS now spinning faster at the lower mph and thus moving the vibe lower.
KFlash, I see you live in MD. You could prolly have those shafts checked for balance at A-1 Drive Shaft located, IIRC in Baltimore, MD. Several of my club members and more than a few shops have used them for custom builds and/or repairs with ZERO complaints. Prices are extremely reasonable and most repairs are accomplished in a day, some while u wait.
Me thinks its a pinion angle issue. Some fine tuning definitely needed.
If you had the work done at 4wheelparts or someone not familiar with the various types of shafts, its pretty safe to assume that they got the angle wrong (these places are famous for this). My friend had a Teraflex rear DS installed by 4wheelparts and they set the pinion angle to Jeep factory specs, which can be catastrophic for an aftermarket CV shaft.
BTW, I am running JE Reel shafts front and back with zero issues.
