new front bumper for winch
i am trying to find a new front bumper or possible modifying my oem bumper for a winch i just bought. i don't have much money so i am looking to spend about $300 for a bumper. i also need to put a tow bar on. any ideas or suggestions? thanks

You could always do something like this.........
This is a CJ that I drove back when I was in college (late 80's/early 90's) . You could make a similar bumper out of angle iron for around $100 (which would be the cost of the metal).
