Default New Gears & Rear Locker

I recently changed out the stock gears and the rear locker doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be much appreciated.

It might help if we know what year/model JK you had, what kind of locker, what gear to what gear swap, you know, details that might lead to a diagnosis?

Guess it would help, sorry I'm new at this. 07 jk 4dr unlimited rubicon. Swapped out the stock 4.10 gears and installed 4.88 to accomodate a new lift and larger tires. The stock locker is still being used.

Hey Beer does the light just blink when you are in 4low trying to lock it?

there is a sensor in the diff that may be damaged like mine, or maybe they didnt hook it back up, I'd bring it back to the shop that did the gears

Had my 4.10's changed out to 5.13's at 4x4parts.
They bent the sensor plunger device. They had to
order a new one from Jeep. They hacksawed it off
and put it back in for 2 days while they waited for
the part. Light sayed off and the locker would still
work. Replaced the sensor and no problems.
Bending the sensor is a common mistake by installers,
but really causes no problems sense it only activates
the light on the dash.
