Default New Gears and Warning Lights?

Forum, I have a question about my new gears and warning lights. Why did I get a Brake, Traction Control and ABS warning light after new gear install? These were professionally installed last week and the install went smoothly according to mechanic. Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

did you flash your computer for the new gear ratio? that has to be done as otherwise you will have big issues as the computer uses gear ratio as one of the parameters to calculate speed etc so it confuses the computer and it does weird stuff.

Not yet, I am looking at the Flashcal F5, it says it will let me set the new tires and gears and also let me set the TPMS pressure as well. Which programmer/tuner did you use?

I use a Flashpaq and it lets you compensate for gearing changes as well as tire size.

You have to reflash a later model JK for new gears immediately or else it will go into limp mode. We are fans of the Superchips Flashcal as well. This is not optional, you need to get a tuner in the mail today.

I don't own one, but I've used one of these before, and they are really user-friendly units. The interface and the device itself make it as close to dumby-proof as you get. You should be really happy with it and the ease of use. Definitely more friendly than the unit I use.

Default Flash worked but didn't make warning lights go away!

OK, I got the F5 Flashcal in and reprogrammed my JK, the warning lights went out and the reprogram appeared to go smoothly. The interior lights setting took so I assume the rest of the changes took, the gears and tire size change. So, I get in the Jeep and back out of the driveway and go about 25 feet and the warning lights come back on, Brake, ABS and Traction Control. Guys what next?! Any one have an idea as to what could be not hooked up correctly? What would be broken that could make all three lights come on after the gears were done?

Wheel speed sensors. Even if just 1 of them is broken, all the lights will come on. Happened to me.

A wheel speed sensor sounds like the likely culprit, it's possible if the shop that did the gears gnarled or mis-installed something during the job. Any shop that would let you leave with fresh gears in a JK without a programmer obviously isn't super familiar with the platform, they could have missed something I suppose.
Also just for the sake of being thorough I'd check the boxes and receipts for your gears. It might sound ridiculous, but I've have actually seen customer's with different gears installed than they were told... TWICE.

If everything checks out, it may be time to contact Superchips. They have good customer service and have seen a lot of weird stuff. Where are you located?
