I actually took the Jeep back to that shop yesterday at lunch and had them look specifically at the speed sensors and they found that both the front were not working and have ordered the two for the front. The gears matched what was shipped and installed as well as the rebuild kits. The gear sets and rebuild kits came from Revolution Gear in CA. The shop was actually really impressed with the products from Revolution. My Flashcal F5, 3571, worked great and I had no issues with the reprogramming, so now I am hoping that the new speed sensors will fix these warning lights.

I was also told by the shop that these speed sensors are really sensitive and are known by them to simply stop working if you even unplug them while doing maintenance. My confidence in them is not that great and I haven't let on that I have done my research. They are getting one more shot at this and I am going to have to go a different route. I appreciate all the great input, Thanks!! Oh, I am in Eastern NC, for my area this is a well known shop with good techs. They only let one guy do the gears for everything and he is a NASCAR Tech Graduate. The shop has a multiple race cars and does some higher end stuff and comes well recommended. So we will see...

Thanks again and I will update when they get their crap together.

We love Revolution, we use their stuff almost exclusively. I'm glad you're getting this sorted!

For anyone who stumbles on this thread in the future, a shop that knows their way around the JK will always make sure you have a programmer to go with your new gears, they will also test drive your Jeep to make sure there are no funky noises or broken wheel speed sensors.

If a wheel speed sensor is broken on our watch, we replace it. There are a lot of good shops out there that know how to do gears, but a JK is starting to bridge the gap between old school tech and modern cars, you always want to make sure a shop knows how to do both. The new Wrangler is going to be even more into the digital age.

LOL, they make it sounds like if you remove the wheel sensor and breath on it, it's gonna crap out on you. I've never had issues with my sensors and they've been out more times than I can count. Odd that BOTH of the fronts just chose to go out at the same particular time after a regear.
