Alright I am waiting for my rack and seatcovers to come inn so I can install. I just had 1 quick ? Will the Congo Cage I get have the "new" shorter top bars? I had read in another thread that some folks had to get new ones from Kargomaster, is this true and will the rack I get already be retrofitted? I would also like, on a side note of coarse, to know if anyone has had any troubles with RR seatcovers? Thanks JOE>
