Default New lift alignment question

I just had my Metal Cloak game changer lift installed. I am having issues with it pulling to the right. I brought to an alignment shop who adjusted the toe in. Castor was at 5.2 on both sides. I crawled under and found the pasengerside front arms (upper and lower)are apprx 1/4 longer than the driver side. It is back in the shop today and they said they need to lengthen the passengerside control arms more to get rid of it pulling right.

My question is if the pinon and castor angles are correct and the jeep drives straight, does it matter if the control arms are different lenths from side to side?

2013 JKUR wih 1500 miles on when the lift was installed.

Thanks for any help.

In theory the wheelbase / track should be square. Same distance from front wheel to rear wheel on both driver and passenger sides. If on your rig the wheelbase was in fact shorter on the right side, it would make you pull to the right. Also check your tire pressure. Swap front wheels and see if that does anything.

axle caster should only be measured on one side. that may be what's pulling it if they measure the other side and then reset it.

I've read a couple reasons the JK will pull slightly right. A radial pull, especially Toyo's. Also being left hand drive the passenger side axle is longer. I know my metalclaok lift pulls just slightly to the right. It drives perfect other than that. I have never had it aligned, I set the castor myself with the write up on this forum. The toe in does not change during the lift.

my 2010 3.5" Clayton, 35", I did the install and it's never pulled. it runs straight at all speeds and I've had Falken, Nitto and now BFG's on it

I'm drive a lot of miles on road and wheel often.

Thanks for the info. Got it back last night and it drives straight seems planted. All the arms seem to be different in length. Both uppers are different and the lowers are different in length. Im just gonna watch my tire wear and see how it does.
