Is that 1.5" round tubing on the rails? Also is it rectangle tubing behind the round and if it is, is it something like a 1"x3" piece? I'm going to try and get my rails built next weekend and I really like the looks of these and might copy them.

Where do these rock rails mount to? Is it the body mounts?

yes they mount exactly like the regular rubicon rails, and you also have to make some holes to the body, you can see it in the picture.
