Default New PSC Ram steering causing ESP to kick on

I just got my PSC Ram assit in, the HD trail version. Been running 37 tires on 3" lift with no issues prior. I love the new system and how it feels. However, I experienceed the ESP and ABS kicking on during sharp turns on pavement at about 30+mph. Never had it occuring before the install. Anyone experience this? Any ideas on what might cause it or what to tweak to resolve this. BTW, steering wheel is perfectly centered when I'm going straight. thanks

You may need to adjust how far the wheels turn. There is an adjustment setting. After my PSC was installed it had about a 1/4 turn of the steering wheel too much. The asb and esp lights came on. After you drive a bit they reset; but once you turn the wheel all the way to either side they come on again.
Make sense?

I am having the same issue. Never had issues before but after the PSC install it happens every so often. I have adjusted the steering wheel a few times trying to remedy the situation with no luck. Its not my daily driver and doesn't happen very often so I haven't worried about it too much. For me it happens around slight curves the most so I don't know if adjusting the steering stops would help my situation. Hopefully others have fixed this situation and can share

I had the same issue when I installed my hydraulic assist. As soon as I turned the jeep on every time it would kick off the ABS and ESP lights. It came down to the steering wheel being off just a little but still still looked perfectly centered. I was told that the steering wheel only has toe off by 1 or 2 degrees to kick off the lights. Not sure how true it is but it sure seemed to be in my case.

I agree with cole more than likely you steering wheel is staying to far in one direction for to long a period of time. If you notice when your driving with a strong cross wind for an extended period of time and you have your steering wheel cranked over to keep on the road the same thing will happen. The jeep could be pulling slightly and your adjusting without realizing it. This is the case with my jeep anyway.

Yes it is your steering wheel alignment. Need to adjust thta drag link dead on. Some off this new electronic stuff is annoying compared to the simpler days.
