Default New Seats, Need Help!

I'm about to pull the plug on buying new seats for my Jeep, and I was considering two different types. I am also selling my stock seats, out of an '08 X model.

CORBEAU Moab Neoprene Reclining Front Seat Pair for 76-09 Jeep® CJ-5, CJ-7, CJ-8 Scrambler, Wrangler YJ, TJ, JK & Unlimited - Quadratec
CORBEAU Sport Seats - Quadratec

My questions are:
1) Which type is better, neoprene or vinyl? (I live in Florida, and drive with the top down and doors off most of the time, so it sees alot of the elements, especially the sun)
2) What should I charge for my stock seats-no rips, just a few dirt stains? A good friend of mine is offering my $200 for the pair, and this is helping me buy the new ones.
3) Does anyone know a website that sells new stock seats? I would like to get a feel for what new stock seats cost.
4) Anyone running these seats please post your pros/cons.

Thanks in advance and I hope someone can chime in with any advice.

Why not just get a decent set of seat covers? Why go through the hassle of getting seats shipped to you, you having to take the seats out and put the new one's in?

Just seems less work on you, and there are some great seat covers that fit like a glove for the JK.
