Default New Seats, Need Help!

I just received my new Corbeau Baja SS seats, and I need some tips/tricks to help me out.

1) What is the easiest, most cost-effective way to free seized bolts? The bolts that hold the original seat bracket in the Jeep are hard to get started.
2) How do I remove the original seat belt receiver from the stock seats?

Any other tips/tricks would be appreciated.

Once you get the bolts out you can easily remove the seatbelt with a star bit. You will also need to purchase the seat adaptors for the JK which is where the seatbelt will attach to once new seats are installed. At least I needed them for my new seats I installed. I think they were about 90$ apiece too!

Those bolts aren't siezed they have loctite on them. If you don't have a 1/2" drive breaker bar of sufficient length slip a piece of pipe over it. 18mm socket (six point preferably) by the way. If all you have is combination wrenches you can hook the box end of another wrench over the open end of your 18mm and gain some leverage that way. The seat belt reciever is held on with torx head bolt. Looks like T45 but haven't tried. Probably cheaper to buy as a set anyway.

My T50 was slightly too small, T55 was way too big, T52 would be about perfect.

My T50 worked though, just gotta be careful to keep straight pressure and not strip them too much.

I can't find a T52, so I guess I will be buying a set with a T50 in it. Thanks for all the input.

Default Another Problem

It seems as though I've run into another problem with my new Corbeau Baja SS seats. The seat belt buckle (the receiver for the seat belt), is a very tight fit in between the center console and the seat itself. Also, right above the buckle, there seems to be a metal bar built into the seat. I tried to force the seat belt to go into the receiver, but now the button on the receiver is stuck in the down position (as is you were trying to unbuckle the seat belt). Is there a way to make it easier to get the seat belt into the receiver or should I just buy a seat belt extender?
