Default New shocks

It's changed out my very worn 9550's with bilstein 5100s. Also changed rear brake pads and rotors. Now my jeep is pulling to the left. Could anyone tell me where my dual steering stabilizer setup needs to be positioned? Or do I need to adjust the track bar ? I wouldn't be surprised if it was the track. About August. The track bar that was on there broke. Replaced it with a teraflex track bar. Now when I replaced it that was old shocks. Now I put new shocks that probably don't sag nearly like the old ones. Track bar?
