Nice. What size tire will it hold, and have you figured a price range?

Has a beadloclked 37" on it right now with a molly setup inside the door, I will have to do some testing with a 40". Holds a 37" without a wiggle. I can't talk price until I get a vendor star, waiting for reply on getting one. Will be less (much less i hope) than similar products on the market.

Is it a hinge system? Doesn't look like it attaches to the bumper. Any idea when these will be ready to ship?

Yes it is a hinge system. Install is very easy took me 1/2 hr (I do have some practice at it though) So I'd figure at most 1 1/2 hrs. You just remove the stock tire carrier and stock hinges and install the new HD hinge assembly. Trying to finish up the hinges to make them look better, that is just a matter of looks though. Trying to be able to start shipping soon, waiting on info from JK-Forum to get my vendor star before I can post price/shipping dates.

All I can say is, it's about time someone add a touch of capitalism. Kudos sir, looking forward to the outcome.

Looks like good stuff. Any plans to do anything else? Bumpers, sliders, skids, etc.

How much will it weigh as compared to the aluminum version(TF)?
