Question New wheels/tires suggestions?

I have a stock 08 Rubi, was thinking of getting some beefier wheels and tires. The only problem is that the garage I park in at work has a low 6 ft 2in clearance and I think the stock rubicon is a little over 6 ft so I can't do a lift or anything like that as long as I stay with my job. Are there any suggestions for bigger meaning wider tires I could put on the jeep that wouldn't increase the height of the jeep overall?

Sure, just get wider tires. Find some nice 31 or 32 inch tires that are 12.5 inches wide. ( or wider if you want ... Mickey Thompson used to make a 31x17.5 tire. )

Start with the wheel & tire FAQ:

If you go to a 12.5 width, you'll have issues with rubbing and will need to consider new rims or adding wheel spacers also. If you just want it to 'look' wider, throw some spacers on with your stock rubi 32's and call it a day.

Get a wheel you like with a 4.5" backspacing and a true 33/12.50 and you will love the ride, look and added capability!!
