I've "relocated" a vac pump with a grinder to adjust the bracket and then simply zip tie it until the $12 bracket comes in.
Light bar should be cake for you too- bolt it up.
You don't need a 'jeep' mechanic for most of it, I'm sure anyone can hook things up with directions.
Be careful with the Kcs, I have em and already got asked about them by a cop in the area (Burlington ma area) . Had to argue that a rock guard was a form of a cover. He must not have had a legit reason to pull me over if he was trying so hard to find something wrong haha. He gave me a warning for the lights and tires out past the flares, fricken stupid

OP... What better way to learn how things work on your Jeep than doing it yourself and making mistakes, then fixing them? Go for it, you will find its not all that hard to do, and you will feel the pride if knowing accomplished it.
Starting to think I should stay north of the border here in Nashua. It's bad enough your governor shut down all of the roads in the state over a little snow a few months ago. (Still went out at the height that night to pick up a nurse after calling the PDs in each town along the way to Newburyport to get an OK)
If it's a driving light, covers shouldn't even be an issue. If it was a headlight, go ahead and make restrictions. Something that's auxiliary and most cars don't even have?
