Default air pressure

Dropped the air pressure to 28 and wow what a difference.
I do think I have the cam bolts installed, so I will have to weld up the holes when moving to aftermarket arms.
Has anyone done this already, I can't believe there is much to it. Just want to be sure I am not missing something.

glad to hear that it helped. regarding the cam bolts, yes, you will want to have some washers welded on to patch up the slots. any shop can do this for pretty cheap. heck, if you do the prep work and pull everything off ahead of time, you can probably even have a mobile welder do the work.

As far as the cam bolt fix, another way is to do what I did and go with a set of Rugged Ridge front control arm skids and weld them in place... does the same thing as welding the washers plus it gets you the protection for the arms.....

I re geared my TJ myself and had no problems, but this one is my DD and would hate to not get this right.
Thanks. I guess I'm headed to Axle Boy (St. Louis) Monday. They're saying ~$800.

Default regear

I think that is more reasonable as it really does not take that much time. I had done this in my garage to my TJ and added OX lockers front and rear with the Super 44 kit and did it in a weekend with no issues. Just a little hesitant to do it this time around with my DD.
