Nitro axle sleeve after thoughts!
. The only reason it looks easy is the custom tool and a 20lbs sledge. We swung the 10 pounder but it took more effort in swings than just swinging the bigger hammer. The first day we broke a bearing race tool bend another bar on the first jeep before the custom tool was made. The one you see in the video is version 2. Version 1 got the job done version 2 made it cake work.
Hats off to you and anyone who does this solo.

I may need to fab up something to help the process of pounding these in, and call a buddy, it sounds like it was a PITA by yourself. I like the tool PJohn has on his video. I think I need to do a little more homework before I take this on.
I already welded my gussets in

I have mine sitting at my place. I have a couple questions if you don't mind. Did you have any help installing them or did you go solo? Did you use a bearing race driver to pound them in? How big of a hammer did you use? Did you replace the axle seals while you were at it? Sorry for all the questions, but trying to understand what I am getting myself into.

A install party would have helped! Anyone in the Charlotte, NC area installing I am in!
