All I have to say is 40's are bigger than you expect. I'm running 40" nitto's and they are heavy for sure.

How much heavier are the 40s than the 37

The tires I have now weight around 90 but do you think that the jump up to 105 would be too much.

If you have a 4" lift and a body bump and cut fenders I'd say go with 40s for looks. If your running 38s now why don't you stay at 38. I always thought 38 was a good middle ground from 37-40. They visibly look bigger than 37s but don't come with the headaches of running 40s
