16" stock rims I'd replace, however if you have the stock 17's (alloys like what the Rubicon’s come with) I'd keep those. I've used the Nitto's on other 4x4's and enjoyed them as much as BF's, but I'd recommend the all terrain tires in lieu of mud unless you do some serious off roading. Wind noise at high speeds is bad enough. I've also found the Nitto's quieter than the BF's all terrain tires.

35’s would give you some height, but without a lift I’d stay with the 33’s. When it comes time for tire replacement I intend on staying with my factory 17’s an upgrading to the Nitto’s 33’s. Only questions is to I go with a 265 or go with the wider 305’s. Will the 305’s rub the frame? Just some added thoughts.

Oh, if you have the money to spend on the Pro Comps then good for you they'll be bad arse. See if can sell or trade your stock rims for discount or help with cost.
