I love the way these look. However, from what I've read, they are one of the heaviest tires available which will put stress on your axles and are more suited for heavier trucks, not Jeeps.

I'd go with something lighter. If you do get them, might want to get gussets.

I love mine. They get a lot of abuse but as mentioned before they wear even and are very good on the trail or the road.

35" mud grapplers almost 40,000 miles on them. They wear like iron, about as heavy too but they've got tons of life left in them, great tire

I have about 30,000 miles worth of experience with the Terra Grapplers. I loved that tire! If your looking for more offroad use then the Trails would be my choice of the Terra's. As far as on the road confort the Terra's were smooth and quiet.

I can totally see that but in the deep snow the Terra's shocked me. They dont as as much of an aggressive side wall as the Trails. I think for a JK the Trails would look better IMHO. It depends on the planned usage I guess. Terra's for the street and light trails, Trails for the tougher stuff.

Yea I can't wait to get the chance to test them in snow. It's a rare gift down here!
