Removed my backseat, more than doubling my flat-cargo capacity. :toung: Cost: $0.00
Drilled my mirrors, ala "Rubimon Mirror Mod." Used my Dremel to do it... Cost: $0.003 (for the electricity used by the battery).
Removed my cupholder's inner rubber lining, allowing large beverages to fit. Cost: $0.00
Added small round mirrors to the outside mirrors, covering blindspots... Cost: $5.00.
Added small round mirrors to the outside-most two vents, for doors-off driving: Cost: $5.00 (and they work like a charm!).
Those are all the <=$5.00 mods I can think of that I did, although there may be more..

Ordered an accessory tray from Quadratec so I can put sunglasses, etc. above the radio. Replaces the existing plastic up there. $50.
Not exactly "no" or "low" budget, but not too expensive either.
