If you can weld.... buy some 4" rigid conduit from your local electrical distributor, weld caps on the ends and mounting brackets on it, maybe even some "D" rings. Then weld a couple of bungs one with a gate valve the other with a shrader valve and use it as an air tank.

For the past few years, I've been running my Hi-Lift as my rear bumper as the frame rails double as a carrier too.

ID:	375004this is how mine looked while i was mocking it up to fab my aluminum rear bumper and waiting for my aluminum teraflex tire carrier...i liked the way it looked and some of those evo d rings would have been a good fit back there but for the kind of wheeling i do i would have destroyed both rear quarters and ripped off my license plate the first time i took it out like that...my aluminum bumper is already beat to hell right under both my rear quarters...

Me and my good friend made them up. D ring tabs were 25$..welded them to a piece of angle iron... Slid it on the frame, drilled 3 large holes on outside and plug welded that, as well as around the frame end. I'm very happy with them. Tabs from a to z.

For a while I have thought about going PSC BFH with a Teraflex tailgate carrier...I just wonder if the bumper doesn't stick out too much? I know it only comes out a couple of inches...

Here's what I ended up going with...
I picket up some Alloy USA 1.5 wheel spacers to widen the stance up a little bit then Bed lined rear frame rails & pinch seam, and just mounted my Hi-lift and antenna on the rear cross member
