No rear bumper options?
If you can weld.... buy some 4" rigid conduit from your local electrical distributor, weld caps on the ends and mounting brackets on it, maybe even some "D" rings. Then weld a couple of bungs one with a gate valve the other with a shrader valve and use it as an air tank.

I love that bumper but you cant run a hitch right?
Maybe Tramp stamp, relocate license plate, , hi lift jack, get EVO D-rings or the route I took was installing a PSC BFH bumper...I put my spare in the cargo area and strap it down.

Here's what I ended up going with...
I picket up some Alloy USA 1.5 wheel spacers to widen the stance up a little bit then Bed lined rear frame rails & pinch seam, and just mounted my Hi-lift and antenna on the rear cross member
