I emailed Superchips about building a programmer for the JK. Here is their response:

Most likely we will not, as there has not been a strong demand for the product on that application.

It's too bad because they make great products and their programmers usually include a pulldown to change the tire size (speedo correction) being used.

Maybe we should bug these guys a little more and see if they'll build one...?

If you can get every member on this forum to send em emails or call, it might help (it certainly won't hurt)...it would be nice to have my speedo calibrated to match my tire size...

How can they tell what the demand is without putting a product out? It looks like Jet has done quite well just from our members. A very large percentage of JK owners modify their vehicles on this forum alone. I have a hard time believing that they think that the owners of one of the most heavily modified vehicles ever (Jeeps) won't buy enough of their product to make $$$. I have the right mind to just say screw-em then!!!

 

well, screw them or not, atleast sign the petition.

 

pfffffff............. Fine......... But this doesn't mean I can't hold it against them for not putting the JK at the top of their list.
