Default No TPMS...No problem!

The Facts:

Dad got rubi wheels with no TPMS...had beeping and dash light.

.....a few months later-
Gave him my stock X wheels/tires...no more beeping or dash light.

I got a set of AR chambers with no TPMS...no beeping or dash light.

Dad's is an 08 Sahara...mine is an 08 X.

Whats the deal?

I think it was AEV not sure....

It took my X a few hundred mile to figure out that the TPMS were missing when i changed over to rubicon tires/rims before the light/dingging started going on. Im use to it now...and it drives my friends nuts lol. I figure when i upgrade to new rims/tires with a lift i'll buy new TPMS from MOPAR and install them.

i have 2 set of rims/tires. i had the sensors moved to my everyday driving combo. when i switched to my "wheeling" combo (stock rims & LTBs) w/out the sensors, it also took the cpu a couple hundred miles to figure it out. but after it did, everytime i turned on the jeep, it would ding. then every so many miles it would ding again.
