I'll second the Susquehanna Motorsports H4 JK harness although I went with the Cibie housings. With the Hella 55/110 bulbs they are much much better than stock on lows and amazing on high. Everything I have read says not to use anything more the the 55/65 watt bulbs on the stock wiring or else you risk a fire.
