Non matching spare?
So I've got these bfg ats that I can't get rid of, and as the lift and everything comes together things are exceeding my budget and funds are getting tight. How ugly would it look for me to use one of my 35" BFG ATs as a spare with 4 Nitto MG'S (also 35"). I'm thinking the BFG would weigh quite a bit less and since I'm using the stock spare mount for now, this may be better for the tailgate. When I have a matching spare, I rotate it in, but I would not do that with the BFG. I would just rotate the nittos. It would save me almost 300 right now. Too ghetto, or good idea? If it's going to look too bad, I'll spend the money and push back the next mod even further. Thanks for your opinions.
Are the rims the same? If so, probably not too bad considering they're almost the same size. However, I wouldn't use it as a spare if the actual (measured) size varies much from your MG's, because using the spare would generate more heat in the differentials. That could fry your ring and pinion.

only another jeepers will notice, namely you. Most of us can't do everything we want from the start, no one should fault you for it.BTW- I would move back to the York County - Williamsburg area in a heartbeat if the chance came up.
