Default Non typical issue with Trektop NX

I'm currently awaiting an email from Bestop. But here is the story so far. Bought the top second hand from a forum member. It was a great price and no complaints. Any ways, the passenger side was loose at the door surrounds. After several searches and continuous treads started looking for answers I found the problem.

The bracket that the wire attaches to inside the header has come loose. It is tearing the fabric and I have a huge gap down the side any time the wind blows. Does anyone have experience with this? Or have any idea how to re attach the bracket with out destroying the header.

I will post a picture when I get home.

Best top has great customer service. I bought one and was installing it on a cold day so it was hard as hell. I couldn't get it zipped up good so I got a pair of pliers and pulled the zipper hard. Ripped the stitching on the window side and left a big hole. Contacted bestop and had a new one at my house in a week. No questions. Even let me keep the old window.

That's what I've heard. I'm just hoping that's the case here. For now its a waiting game.
