Default noob needs lift help.

i want to run a coil over set up such as EVO MFG Front Double ThrowDown System, or Full 4Dr Ft & Re Coilover and Bump stop Kit from alpha 1. my question is do i buy an off the shelf lift and then upgrade with one of those kits or do i just buy the coilover kit and it has what i need? i originally was gonna go with JK 5.5 X FACTOR COIL OVER LONG ARM SYSTEM, and the EVO off road rear coil over bolt in system.

basically i was trying to figure out why pay top dollar for a lift such as the rock krawler if those other systems replace most components. i hope this makes sense. any help is greatly appreciated.

thank you for the input. i am not trying to build my own set up. i want to purchase one from Evo off road or alpha 1. i just dont know if those are complete set ups or if you have to buy a lift kit then get the coil over kit.

for example...
if i bought: http://www.offroadevolution.com/stor...prod=EVO-LEVER for $4300
and this: http://www.offroadevolution.com/stor...d=EVO-COILOVER for $2400, rough total $6700 for front and rear, is that all i would need?
