Ok I think I'm ready to pull the trigger on a set of sliders for the jeep. I have done a lot of research and have decided the A.C.E sliders are the ones I want. I want to order from Northridge Canada, who should I contact there? I have looked but don't see them on the web site.

yep, Stan is the man ! I ordered a snorkel from him and within a few hours he gave me a call and let me know that hes got it on the shelf and will ship it asap. I had it at my doorstep the very next day ! Great customer service.

 

I've ordered a fair amount from them and their US store.

The only issue I find with the Canadian store is sometimes they don't have items in stock and it takes awhile for them to come in. So I often e-mail them to see if they have it in stock and if not then I go to the US store. (I'm only 45 minutes from Maine)

I find having parts shipped to the house annoying because I am never home..

 

They can get the sliders. I too was looking at them before deciding to go with LOD sliders. They don't have them on the site due to the amount of time it takes them to get them in but you can call them and order them over the phone.

 

Have had good luck with northridge in the past.......but not with the ace sliders. Price went up $60 dollars since i was quoted at Christmas. Still said i wanted them in an email, they said they would send me a paypal invoice. Wait 3days.....nothing, called they said they were busy but i would be taken care of soon. That was April 10 and i have heard nothing since. Not what i call great customer service. Not happy about the price change anyway.....they never went up 60 dollars on the american site. Guess i will look where i can get them somewhere else, or just go to Detroit area for a weekend and get them!! Don't think i should have to bug people 3-4 times to buy something from them!!
