Default Not to happy with rubicon express!!!

Figured i would post this and see what yall thought! I recently(6 months ago) installed my Rubicon Express 3.5 lift. This thing sounds like sh** now and makes all kinds of noise! I remember reading on here somewhere about there bushing not being worth a damn. Only makes these noises when the jeep rocks back and forth not side to side! This is the standard lift so the only thing that has aftermarket bushings is the front track bar! Tell me what yall think

Sounds like you are giving them a full opportunity to hold up that end of the deal to resolve any and all warranty claims. Good luck!

I also have the squeaks with my rubicon express lift, but I found wd40 goes a long way. I sprayed sway bar links And all four shocks and no more squeaking. Also torque down your suspension again, I did that before using WD and it's gone. Hope this helps!

My brother put a 2" RE lift on his jeep less than a year ago. He showed me today one of his shocks that had broke. The bushing sleeve seperated from the rod at the weld. You can't even tell the bushing was ever welded.

He has only wheeled the Jeep once. Even then, it was lightly. Seriously disappointed with the quality.

I said they ruled it, mainly because of overwhelming advertising and they were the first to do a longarm for the TJ, I didn't say they were the best quality. Buds of mine with TJ's went through alot of the same bushing/shock issues. And THEY have trail rigs which rarely see the road.

The only thing my kit came with that is rubicon express is springs, front adjustable track bar, and rear sway bar end links! The shocks arent made by them so im thinking that it has to be the trackbar
