Default now what?

ok guys.. AFTER installing my 4" lift AND cutting the slots out where i could install cam bolts.. i have decided when cash flow is right i want some LCAs.. but what am i gonna do about the slot i have cut out.. can i leave it and be ok when i put new adj. control arms in? wish i had seen all the talk about cam bolt problems BEFORE my lift went on lol.. but so far i have had no problems with my steering or ride or anything of that matter.. the cam bolts are still tight and no problems.. YET!!!!

Get the holes welded back up, then throw the adjustables on.

I had the same problem. When I put the LCA's on I had it aligned. Then I had the camblots welded in place. No problems so far

A bit kludgy, but I guess metal is metal.

Some have opted to weld thick washers on the sides of the bracket.

I'm not sure I know what yall mean.. Weld with cam bolts in? Weld with new LCAs? Huh?

Some people add the LCA's without removing the cams. Saves the cost of welding, but has its drawbacks. Some have left the cams, but welded them up so they can't move. And some weld the cams and also install new ca's.

Personally, I'd remove the cams, weld up the holes, and then add the new lca's...

thats what i was thinkin.. just put a little plate in there and weld it back in..
