Nudge bar

Does anyone know of these are hard to install. Recommend get a professional to do it or recon me and a few mates can do it?

Bumpers are SUPER EASY to install....grab a buddy some tools and get it done...

You'll get it done before you can finish your first beer if you have someone with you. Longest part is taking off factory bumper.
